Dr. H. S. Saini, Managing Director for Guru Nanak Institutions obtained his Ph. D. in the field of Computer Science. He has over 22 years of experience at University / College level in teaching UG/PG students and has guided several B. Tech., M. Tech. and Ph.D. projects. He has published/presented high quality research papers in International, National Journals and proceedings of International Conferences. He has two books to his credit. Dr. Saini is a lover of innovation and is an advisor for NBA/ NAAC accreditation process to many Institutions in India and abroad.

Prof. P. Parthasaradhy , Associate Director – Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus has obtained his B.E. (Electrical Engineering) from Osmania University, Hyderabad in the year 1982. He obtained his M.E with specialization “Industrial Drives & Controls” in the year 1991 from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has 16 years of experience in industry and 12.5 years of experience in teaching. Presently, he is working at Guru Nanak Engineering College since 2003.

Prof. R. K. Singh, Associate Director Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus is an alumina of REC ( Now MNIT Jaipur), did his M Tech from IIT Bombay, in the field of Communication Engineering. The Prof has served Indian Army in the core of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering for 20 years before hanging his uniform as Lt Col. He has rich industrial experience as Army Officer Managing Workshops and has been teaching faculty for more than six years while in services. He started his career as teaching Assistant at MNIT Jaipur for one year before joining Army.As Professor he has served for more than eight year after premature retirement from the army services. He has served as HOD, Vice principal and Principal of engineering college before being approved as Associate Director of this institute. The Professor had hands on experience on high tech electronic equipments and has done many courses on Radars and simulators. He has published many papers on Microstrip Antennas, VLSI and radar signal processing in national and international conferences. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D from GITAM University.

Dr. S. V. Ranganayakulu Dean R & D , in Guru Nanak Institutions, Technical Campus, completed M.Sc(Physics) with Electronics as specialization and M.Phil(Physics) from Andhra University. He obtained his Ph. D. from Osmania University. He has 23 years of teaching as well as administrative experience at postgraduate and undergraduate level at various institutions. He has guided 32 M.Phils and 8 projects and is presently guiding 6 Ph. D. scholars. He has published 29 papers in international and national journals. He presented 32 papers in National and International conferences. He adjudged 2 Ph. D. thesis and 8 M.Phil dissertations of various universities. He is editorial board member of Journal of Green and Sustainable Chemistry, SCRIP, USA and American Journal of Engineering Technology, USA respectively. He is Fellow of Acoustical Society of India and Ultrasonic Society of India and gave invited talk in International and national conferences. He is executing two R&D projects in the area of Non Destructive Testing and Evaluation sanctioned by AICTE under Research Promotion scheme and BRFST under Department of Atomic Energy He has published 3 text books. Ho was reviewer for various national and international journals.

Prof. Rishi Sayal ,Dean Academics – Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus has done B.E. (CSE), M.Tech,(IT), Ph.D. (CSE) LMCSI, LMISTE, MIEEE, MIAENG(USA).He has over 21 years of experience in training, consultancy, teaching and placements. He has research experience in the area of Data Mining for past 5 years. Published 7 papers in Intl. journals and 8 papers in conferences/seminars. To submit thesis. Major Accomplishments: Coordinator professional chapter including IEEE, reviewer of IJCA (Intl journal of computer association USA). Member of international association of engineers (Mem No: 103024), Guided more then 20 PG students and many graduates. Current Areas of Research Interest : Data mining ,network security and databases.

Dr. S. A. Sreenivas, Associate Director -Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmacy has completed Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph. D.) in Pharmaceutics. He has completed his B. Pharm. from Bapuji College of Pharmacy, Karnataka and M. Pharm in Pharmaceutics specialization from KLES College of Pharmacy, Belgaum, Karnataka. He has published 18 Publications in various national and international journals and presented around 28 papers in various conferences.

Prof. D. D. Sarma Director, Guru Nanak Institute of P.G. Studies (MCA) was a Post-doctoral Research Associate at the University of Georgia,(USA) and also Scientist ‘G’at N.G.R.I (C.S.I.R). Dr. Sarma has 65 research publications on various aspects of computer modeling. He is a Fellow, Computer Society of India & Andhra Pradesh Academy of Sciences.

Chethan Babu C S ,Associate Director, School of Management Studies – Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus is an Alumni of IRMA, has Masters Degree in Marketing Management from Institute of Development Studies, Mysore University and has done Doctorate from Bharatiyar University. He is having a transparent personality with multidimensional experience in different sectors. His specialties includes : Able HR Manager, Good at IR, Edge in designing control parameters for any type of organizations, able to communicate in more than seven Indian languages, Branding and identity, Government liasoning, HR Generalist.

Dr. Chellapilla Kameswara Rao is at present working as Dean (Mechanical) since November 2012 at Gurunanak Institutions Technical Campus and teaches Finite Element Method and Mechanical Vibrations at the department of Mechanical Engineering besides undertaking research projects in the area of Mechanical Vibrations. He was graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Anantapur Government Engineering College in 1968 and obtained M.Tech (Machine Design) in 1971 and PhD in 1976 from Andhra University, Waltair. He taught at Andhra University Campus Engineering College, Waltair from 1972 to 1977 and later worked in BHEL, Research & Development Division in various capacities for 26 years and took voluntary retirement from BHEL in 2003. Later to his voluntary retirement he worked as HOD, PG Head and Principal at various engineering colleges. During 2006 to 2008, for a period of two and half years, he worked as a Manager (Client Relations) at SciTech Patent Art Services Private Limited and managed patent related analytics projects in mechanical and electrical engineering areas. During 2008 to 2011, he has worked as Principal of Narasimha Reddy Engineering College, Abhinav High Tech College and Tirumala Engineering College at Hyderabad. During 2011, he worked as Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology and during 2012 as Dean(Research & Development) at TKR College of Engineering during 2012. He has more than 65 publications and presentations in the area of dynamics and vibrations of power plant structures and equipments. He had worked as Head of intellectual property management for four years from 1999 to 2003 in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Research and development Division at Hyderabad. He has three Indian Patents granted in the area of “diverter damper” related to combined cycle Gas power plants. He worked at University of Ottawa, Canada from 1986 to 1988 as visiting professor on leave from BHEL R&D. Under his guidance until now four research scholars obtained their PhD from Osmania University.

Dr. S. Yadagiri has done his B.E.(Mech) from Osmania University in the year 1973 and M.E.(Aero) from Indian Institute of Science in 1975. He obtained his Ph.D. from NIT Warangal in 1985. He is the Fellow of Institution of Engineers, India. He worked as the Principal of Engineering Colleges, affiliated to JNTUH, for 15 years and Professor and HOD for another 15 years. Prior to this, he worked as Scientist/ Engineer in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, ISRO, Trivandrum for 7 Years. He is an expert in Finite Element Methods and he has applied it for the analysis and design of various ground based and space structures. He has published 12 papers in national and international journals and 10 Papers as ISRO reports. His field of Interest is Thermoviscoelasticity. He is well known for his academic management and disciplinary systems. At the present, he is with the Mechanical Engineering Department guiding the students and staff in academics and Development.

Dr. S.SREENATHA REDDY, Professor & Principal , Guru Nanak Institute of Technology under JNTUH, Hyderabad. Dr. S.SREENATHA REDDY obtained B.Tech, Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad, M.Tech.- Heat power, Refrigeration & Air conditioning from JNTU, Hyderabad and Ph.D. Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from JNTUA . Dr. S.SREENATHA REDDY held various administrative posts and developed the Institution with his projects and developmental activities. Notable among his award i.e National award for best research publication i.e Jawaharlal Nehru memorial prize issued Institution of Engineers on the occasion of Inauguration 27 th Indian Engineering Congress at New Delhi.

Dr. S. Sreenatha Reddy is a young & dynamic Technical Person worked 14 years in Teaching in Mechanical & Aeronautical field and 3 years in Industry from Thermal Power plants. Dr. S. Sreenatha Reddy is having rich experience in administrative area. Earlier he worked as Principal, Head of both the Aeronautical & Mechanical department, coordinating R&D cell for Aeronautical Research and Development Board (ARDB) projects, TPO & developing courseware and implementing ISO 2001 and NBA Accreditation.

Dr. S.SREENATHA REDDY published 29 International & National Reputed Journals & 9 International & National Conference papers. Dr. S.SREENATHA REDDY is a member of governing body in prestigious institution of GNIT. He also served as Expert Committee Member of AICTE for scrutinizing project reports as well as was the member in the Board of Reviewers for the Institution of Engineers journal. Also He is a Editorial Board Member of International Journal of Sciences and Engineering Technology. He is the member fellow of as many professional bodies in the field of Mechanical Engineering and Technical Education.

Prof. M. Narendra Kumar has obtained B.E. degree in Electrical Engg. From Gulbarga University, M.S. from BITS and M.Tech. From JNTU Anantapur subsequently. Now he has submitted thesis in the area of Energy Management. He is working at Guru Nanak Institutions since the year 2002, Hyderabad (A.P). He has reach experience of 14 years in industries and 11 years in research & academics. He has published many papers in national and international journals. He is a life Member of ISTE and Member of IEEE. His journey is embellished with responsibilities and awards, which are shining examples of his commitment and caliber. His teaching career is replete with handling several important responsibilities. He has successfully essayed the role of Officer in charge of Examination Department and Head of the Department, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a pillar of commitment and determination in his present capacity as Vice Principal. A strong advocate of academic discipline and diligence, he ensured maintenance of the highest academic standards, and of the firm belief that academic discipline translates into discipline in other spheres of life as well.

Dr. G. Sreenivas is an Assoc. Professor of Mathematics and Head of the Department of Humanities & Sciences, He did his M. Sc. in Applied Mathematics, and obtained his Ph. D. in Convective Heat and Mass Transfer using Finite Element Method from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur in March 2006. He has over 12 years of experience as faculty in various reputed institutions in the state. He designed the syllabus for Mathematics lab for B. Tech students and successfully conducted the lab for 2 years when he worked at GRIET, Hyderabad. He has 6 national and 6 international publications to his credit. He presented 8 papers at various conferences and seminars.

Dr. R. P. Sreedevi, an Associate Professor in H&S Department, Guru Nanak Engineering College, obtained her B.A. Degree in M.E.S (Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics) from S.K.University, Anantapur. M.Sc., Degree in Mathematics from S.K.University, Anantapur. She obtained her Ph. D. in Data envelopment Analysis from S. K. University, Anantapur. Her area of research includes Advanced Operations Research. She has 16 years of teaching experience , in addition to that she also worked as NCC officer and Head of the H&S Department.

Dr. P. Manoj Kumar is working as a Professor & Head of Mechanical Engineering Department Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus .He done M.E. , Ph.D He has 13 of teaching experience. Previously worked in St John’s College of engineering college for 7 as Associate Professor and HOD, Stananley Stephen college engineering & Technology as a Professor and HOD of mechanical engineering department for 5 . Presently working in Guru Nanak Institutions Technical campus, Ibrahimpatnam (R.R.Dist) as a Professor and HOD in the department of Mechanical Engineering. He has completed research in the area of IC engines under JNT University, Anatapur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has published 1 national,7 international papers.

Dr. S. V. Satyanarayana, HOD Civil - Guru Nanak Engineering College, obtained his A.I.C ( M.Sc equivalent ) from Institution of Chemists( India), Calcutta in 1986. He obtained his Ph. D. in Environmental Chemistry from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar in 1998. He has 16 years of Industrial experience, 5 years R&D experience and 7 Years of Teaching experience.

Prof N. Prasanna Balaji holds a BE degree in Computer Science & Engineering, from Bharathidasan University. He did his proficiency course in RDBMS from Indian Institute of Science(IISC),Banglore. He completed M.Tech (IT) with distinction from Punjabi University,Patiala and has MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU. His double Post Graduate Degree makes his Techno managerial skills more proficient. Currently he is pursuing his PhD in the topic “Enterprise Resource Planning” from Kakatiya University,Warangal. He has gained 20+ years of experience in teaching and Systems Computerization.

He is Professor & Head in Information Technology Department since June 2007 at Guru Nanak Engineering College. Currently he is Coordinator and SPOC for Infosys Campus Connect Programme. He performed the role of Website coordinator of GNEC with content management. He was the NSS Programme Officer for the College during period September 2009 to April 2011. He was the Coordinator for the TECHNOFEST-08 (National Level Paper Presentation) for UG and PG students. He has guided projects for PG(M.Tech & PGDBM) and UG students of Engineering. He is certified faculty by Wirpo’s Mission 10.X through DALE CARNEGIE TRAINING for “High Impact Teaching Skills” and participated in the Advance Workshop.

The professor is a member of Infosys Campus Connect (Attended two weeks residential programme in December 2006) and was recognized as one of the Best Teacher. During his tenure at Institute of Public Enterprise he was the ERP-Incharge for Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision, and has organized a National level conference on “e-Customer Relationship Management” and three Management Development Programmes in “Recent Trends in Information Technology”, two Management Development Programmes in Enterprise Resource Planning-Navisson and one Management Development Programme in Network Security for Publics sector executives. He is the co-editor for the proceedings of “National level conference on “e-Customer Relationship Management”. He has published nine papers in international journals and presented three papers in National Journals. His areas of interest are “Enterprise Resource Planning” Relational Database Management Design, Artificial Intelligence, Operating Systems, Mobile Computing. and Customer Relationship Management.

He is Life Member of prestigious societies like CSI,ISTE, MIMA and member of IEEE.

Professor L P Dasika HOD, Civil Engineering Department,Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus has completed his B E in Civil engineering from University of Roorkee (Now IIT) in 1974 and joined the Indian Army. He served in the Indian Army for 34 years and retired from the Army in 2008. During his tenure in the army he was selected by the Army to do ME at IIT Roorkee. Later he did his M Sc in Defense studies and MBA. He has served in various projects in the Indian Army and has designed and executed several projects in buildings, roads, sewage treatment plants and water supply projects to his credit.

After retiring from the Army he was the Regional manager for South India for a MNC engineering Consultancy Company and served for 4 years. He joined Guru Nanak Institutions as a HOD Civil in Jun 2013.

Dr. S. Sivaiah, Professor of Mathematics in H&S Department, Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus. He has done M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., MBA., M.Tech., PGDCP&SA. Dr. S.Sivaiah ,working as Professor of Mathematics is a visionary leader who enjoys creating a learning environment which motivates and inspires all the aspiring students to excel. He has been in the field of academics for more than twenty three years in various capacities. He obtained his Ph.D., in Mathematics from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Anantapur. As a committed teacher, he has a passion for teaching and a flair for writing. He is author of two text books namely “Engineering Mathematics-I” and “Mathematical Methods” for JNTUH students of Engineering. He has contributed more than 20 research articles in various national and international journals of repute. Apart from this he attended more than twenty conferences and presented papers. Under his guidance 4 Ph.D., and 7 M.Phil., students were registered for higher studies. He is life member of Indian Society for Technical Education and Andhra Pradesh Society for Mathematical Sciences. He is active member in APSMS and recently elected as General Secretary of AP Society for Mathematical Sciences.

Dr. PRAGATHI JOGI working as Assistant Professor of Chemistry in H&S Department, Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus, completed M.SC[Inorganic Chemistry] in 2004 from Osmania university college for women, Koti, Qualified CSIR-UGC-NET, awarded Ph.D in Synthesis, spectral characterization,biological activity and DNA binding studies of Schiff bases derived from 2-Aminomethyl benzimidazoles in 2012 from Osamania university, having 8 International publications, attended 2 National Conferences and got one best poster presentation award in 30th Annual Confernce of the Indian council of chemists in 2011.

Dr. N. Bhasker, working as Associate professor of Chemistry in H&S Department, Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus, obtained his B.Sc (M.P.C) from L. B. College, Warangal. He did his M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) from Kakatiya University, Warangal. He had pursued his research on “Synthetic and Kinetic Studies of Analogous of Natural Occurring Chalcones and Flavanones” from Kakatiya University, Warangal and awarded PhD in 2009. He had published 3 papers in national and 7 papers in international journals. He has 15 years of teaching experience and also 1 year experience as RA (Research Associate). He got “Young Scientist” fellowship from APCOST during his research tenure. Presently he is guiding two Research Scholars.

Dr. K Ujjwala, working as Associate Professor of English cum Subject Coordinator at GNITC holds her M A, M.Phil and Ph.D degrees from Sri krishnadevaraya University, Anathapur. She has an overall 8 years of teaching experience in various technological institutions and Deemed University. Besides she has one year of industrial experience as web consultant freelancer for Bodh Bridge Educational Services, C-Tides, IIT Chennai. She has her membership with reputed National Literary Journal, “Muse India”. She is a writer for Infinithoughts, reputed Ethical Magazine, Chennai. She has an overall 11 publications to her credit in reputed National & International Journals. She has presented her papers in International & National Conferences on English Language Teaching. She also renders her free services to the public in imparting Management, Personality Development and Soft Skills Programs under Ramakrishna Mission and Brahmakumaris Organization.

Dr. M. Venkata Krishna, working as Professor in Mathematics cum Subject Coordinator at GNITC , a retired Professor of Mathematics from Osmania University, studied in Osmania University till his M.Sc, and Ph.D., from Bangalore. He has vast experience of teaching Mathematics around four decades including Post graduate students of Science, Engineering Mathematics and guiding research scholars. He has published qualitative research papers in the Journals of National and International repute. He worked in foreign University in the capacity of Professor & Head of the Department of Mathematics for three years. He is on expert panel of many Academic bodies including Member of Board of Studies in Mathematics for the Institutions like JNTU (H), Gulbarga University and SNIST etc. He served as Governing body member and subject expert for several colleges under Osmania University. He authored three books on Mathematics and also member of research bodies like UGC-DSA and UGC-DST projects in Fluid Mechanics. He is life member of Indian Science Congress, Indian Mathematical Society etc. He was the subject advisor for the UGC-DSA project in Fluid Mechanics for Gulbarga University from 2002-2007 appointed by UGC, New Delhi.

Dr. V. Sundaresan made a humble beginning as Trainee-Management and after a long stint of 24 years in various cadres in large national and multi-national organizations, he chose teaching and training in order to convert his practical managerial experience in management functions through class-room teaching and impart training to the students of business management and to the Faculty Members who chose teaching as their profession, which was his passion too. He secured his entry into ICFAI ACADEMY as a Faculty Member which made his dream a reality. Apart from regular academic activities, he was involved in Students’ Training and Faculty Development Programmes as well to impart time- bound training.

In School of Management Studies, GNITC, he handles management subjects for MBA and Soft Skills and Placement Training sessions to the Students of Business Management.
