Keeping in mind the requirements of the IT & IT Enabled Industry, the management of GNI has taken a noble initiative to create a special facility to impart training to the students to empower them to become industry-ready and at the same time capable of bagging a job with a package upto 30+ Lacs. Initially, the training has been started with 150 students.

Training programs of higher thinking order, at par with industry requirements, are conducted @ CoE CCO. These training programs are delivered by R. S. Salaria, Head, CoE CCO and an identified & trained team of CSE/IT faculty, assisting the head in effective delivery of these training programs. At the end of the training, there will be an EXIT-LEVEL test to grade the students. The test will be based on the industry standards.

After completing the training successfully, the students will be able to develop competency in developing code & optimizing it, usage of various tools, and hence to position themselves as INDUSTRY READY STUFF. Ultimately, this training can help the students to bag a job with a package upto 30+ Lacs.
