GUNA – 2019

Our School of Management Studies, GURU NANAK INSTITUTIONS, celebrated the Management Fest GUNA 2019 at our campus on 28th & 29th MARCH, 2019. All the pre-arrangements were completed in this regard, by way of inviting the students from all parts of Telangana State through campaign program, obtaining sponsorship from prospective commercial organizations like VG Constructions, Myplace, Max Stationers etc.,

On 28th March, 2019 the Inaugural Functions started with a Grand Welcome Note. We had our Chief Guest of Honour Mr. RAMGOPAL BAND REDDY, Promoter of V.G. Constructions ., Hyderabad, who presided over the Management Fest with our College Management Members viz., Dr. M. Ramalinga Reddy, Director, Prof. P. Parthasarathy, Associate Director-1, , and Dr. Sandra Kirthy, HEAD -SMS-MBA. 400 students participated for his event.

The Students Anchors, Ms.Nisha Rawat, Ms. Sai Deepika and Ms.Keerthi Priya welcomed the Dignitaries, Faculty and participants of other Colleges. After inviting the dignitaries to the Dais, the event commenced with the Prayer Song.

All the dignitaries on the dais delivered very motivational talks and shared their own experiences and advised students to inculcate business-driven technology for better future and emphasized on how to become Prospective Managers of the Corporate as to how they have to foresee the future and to get accommodated in a dream organization of their choices. Speakers have made a dent on issues and challenges pertaining to MBA students in this competitive world of business.

Dr. M. Ramalinga Reddy along with Chief Guest declared open the MANAGEMENT FEST GUNA-2019. The Inaugural Functions ended with the Vote of Thanks by the HEAD-SMS-MBA. All the events were bifurcated as Informal and Formal and were entrusted to the faculty Members were aptly conducted without losing the time ear-marked for it. A good number of students participated in most of the events like BUSINESS QUIZ, ADMAKING, JAM, CASE-STUDIES, BUSINESS IDEA, POSTER PRESENTATION etc.

The Valedictory Programme began at 3.30 p.m. The Coordinator announced prizes to the Winners. The Certificates and the Prizes were given by Associate Director Prof. P. Parthasaaradhy, Dr. Sandra Kirthy , Head-MBA and Dr.V. Sundaresan, Professor to the Winners, Sponsors and Faculty Members.

Prof. P. Parthasaaradhy, the Associate Director, declared the GUNA-2019 closed.

With the Vote of Thanks by the Mr.G.Raj Kumar, Event Coordinator, the GUNA- 2019 came to an end with a good note.

Award of appreciation for the best papers were presented during the valedictory session which was attended by Dr.S.Sobharani and Dr M.Ajitha form JNTU Hyderabad as Chief guest and guest of Honour respectively.Vote of thanks was proposed by the Convener Dr.Tribhuvan singh. More than seven newspapers have covered the event in print media.
