The candidates who have the requisite qualification from foreign universities or Boards of Higher Education recognized as equivalent to the Plus 2 of India by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi are eligible for admission. If required, candidates will be asked to obtain the 'eligibility certificate' from the AIU, New Delhi.
Admissions are in accordance with the guidelines set by the Association of Indian Universities and the Statutory Bodies of India like the All India Council for Technical Education, Dental Council of India, Pharmacy Council of India, and respective University, etc. from time to time.

FIRST
Apply online by visiting the link meant for international students. Online Application
SECOND
Fill the online application and upload a scan copy the following documents.
Certified copy of the marks/grade sheet of the qualifying examination (With notarized English translation if documents are not in English language).
Certified copy of the grade equivalence to marks by the respective boards/schools.
Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended.
Proof of NRI status of the student/parents/sponsor.
Copy of the passport (Personal Details pages only).
Latest Passport size colour photograph in addition to one affixed on the application.
Migration Certificate (if available at the time of application otherwise at the time of registration at GNI)
THIRD
Acknowledgement: On receipt of completed application, an application number will be allotted and emailed to you, with a request for additional or missing information/documents, if any. Please quote the application number in all your correspondence related to admissions or while forwarding the additional/missing information/documents.
FOURTH
Provisional Admission
Based on the eligibility requirements of the program, if an applicant is found suitable, a provisional admission letter will be emailed to the applicant with details of tuition fee and other fees payable.
On receipt of Provisional Admission letter and details of tuition fee the student must sign and send Offer Acceptance Form (Form A5) to Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District - 501 506, Telangana (India).
FIFTH
Fee Payment:
The tuition, hostel, Registration fee and other fees must be paid in US Dollars only either through a bank draft or by electronic fund transfer within 10 days from the date of receipt of provisional admission letter through email.
If payment is through bank draft please make the draft payable to “GURU NANAK INSTITUTIONS TECHNICAL CAMPUS” payable at HYDERABAD, India.

SIXTH
On effecting the payment, fill in the details in the "DETAILS OF FUND TRANSFER FORM", scan and send the same to admissions@gniindia.org and copy to gnes_hyd@yahoo.com by email (This is mandatory). The hard copy of the form must also be couriered or speed-posted to The Director, Office of International Affairs, Guru Nanak Institutions, Plot No B2, 2nd Floor, Srinivasa Tower, Vikrampuri Colony, Secunderabad, Telangana (India) - 500009 as early as possible.
SEVENTH
Confirmed Admission:
Once tuition and registration fees for the first year in full alongwith offer acceptance form (Form A5) and filled-in "DETAILS OF FUND TRANSFER" form are received, confirmed admission letter (CoE) will be sent by email with a hard copy sent through courier/speed post. The admission will be confirmed on "First Come First Serve" basis. The admission will stand cancelled in case of failure to pay full tuition fees within the stipulated time and GNI cannot be held responsible for any lost opportunities or loss/damages arising thereof. Once the confirmed admission letter is issued to the applicant, the same may be used by him/her to apply for student visa, ticketing, insurance and others.
EIGHTH
Once admission is confirmed, GNI will communicate to the applicant the procedure for pre-enrollment, firm date for commencement of classes and other information necessary for completing the admission formalities. The candidates are advised to look at the website for the actual date of commencement of first year classes.
NINTH
Registration: Students are advised to reach GNI Campus 2-3 days prior to the commencement of classes and report to the Office of the International Affairs to complete the admission formalities.
The following documents in original are to be submitted at the time of registration:
Pass certificate of the qualifying examination.
Grade/mark sheet of the qualifying examination.
Notarized translated versions of all documents, if they are not in English.
Passport with a valid student visa.
Equivalence and eligibility certificate issued by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) wherever applicable.
Transfer Certificate
Migration Certificate (If applicable).
Duly filled and signed Declaration forms - Parent (Form A1), Student (Form A2).
Filled-in Form A4 (Required by the local government).
Recent Passport-size photographs - 15 Nos.
TENTH
Medical Certification:
As per Government of India rules and regulations in force, within 10 days of joining GNI, all international students entering India on student visa will have to undergo a medical examination to be tested for HIV/others.
Security Registration:
As per Government of India rules and regulations in force, all foreign nationals/PIO entering India on student visa must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Office (FRRO). The time for such registration varies from 24 hours to 14 days of arrival depending on the candidate’s country of origin. GNI will provide necessary assistance in this regard. The applicable immigration processing fees and other related expenses, if any, will have to be additionally borne by the student.
Examination and Award of Degree
The university rules and regulations for foreign nationals in place for testing students academically, grading, and award of the degree is same as applicable to Indian students.
Course Change
Once admission confirmed to particular programme/course and after commencement of classes, no change of course will be allowed.
