S.V. Ranganayakulu, is currently working as Dean (R&D), in Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus(Autonomous). He has done M.Sc (Physics) in Electronics as specialization, M.Phil (Physics) in the area of Liquid Crystals Displays (LCD) from Andhra University and Ph. D. in the area of Applied Ultrasonics from Osmania University, Hyderabad and also has NDT-Level II certification awarded by ASNDT. He has thirty two years of teaching as well as administrative experience at postgraduate and undergraduate level at various institutions. He guided thirty two M.Phil Scholars and eight P.G. projects and is presently guiding six Ph.D scholars. He has to his credit sixty three research papers in international and national journals. He presented fifty three research papers in National and International conferences. He is editorial board member and reviewer in National and International Journals. He was awarded National Merit Scholarship by Government of India in 1983 and continued for 6 years. He was Visiting Scientist awardee awarded by Indian National Science Academy(INSA) in the year 2020. He was nominated as a member of independent expert committee for evaluating the solutions/courses of NEAT 2.0 by AICTE for the year 2021.
He is a Fellow of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Acoustical Society of India(ASI) and Ultrasonic Society of India(USI). He served as the member of Board of Studies in Post- graduation department of Electronics and P. G. Diploma in Instrumentation in Acharya Nagarjuna University for eight years. He also served as member for board of studies in Electronics in Government College for Women(Autonomous), Tenali for 3 years. He delivered several invited and keynote talks in International and National conferences. He has executed three R&D projects in the area of Non Destructive Testing and Evaluation:
The first project is entitled “NDT Evaluation of Aerospace Materials” sanctioned by AICTE under Research Promotion Scheme; The second project entitled “Establishment of Acoustic Emission Technique for Quality assurance of SS Materials and other NDT Methods” sanctioned by BRFST under the department of Atomic Energy as a part of Nuclear Fusion Program; The third project entitled “Ultrasonic Investigation studies of Nano fluids” sanctioned by UGC-SERO under Minor Research Project program. He has been awarded with “Research Excellence” award by Indus Foundation for extensive contribution in research and development. He published 5 text books, filed eight patents and industrial design as a part of Intellectual Property Rights(IPR). In the year 2016 an industrial design (No.268427) under IPR has been granted by Controller of Design, Indian patent office, Calcutta.
He was recipient of ISNT award by Indian Society for Nondestructive Testing – Hyderabad Chapter on 16th July’2021, awarded at MIDANI and and awarded on 15th October’2022 at Minerva Residency for outstanding contribution in Science & Technology
Dr.K.S.Chandragupta Mauryan, is working as a Professor in EEE & Assistant Dean R&D, Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus, Hyderabad. He has graduated with B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in the year 2001 and post graduated with M.E. in Power Systems Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu in the year 2004. He has completed Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Tamil Nadu in the year 2015. He has also qualified the GATE 2001 Examination in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has published more than 80 Technical Papers in International and National Journals and Conferences. He has published 9 Patents, filed 1 Patent and 1 Patent granted in Patent Office, India and IP Australia. He received financial grants from AICTE-ISTE, MNRE, ICMR, DRDO and Anna University for organizing Induction/Refresher Programme, FDTP, Seminars and Workshops. He is the member of professional societies like IEEE, ISTE, ISRD, IRED and IAENG. He is having 20 years of Teaching, 1 year of Industry and 14 years of Research Experience. He received Best Researchers Award for National Faculty Award 2021-2022 from Novel Research Academy. His research interests includes Real and Reactive Power Optimization, Hybrid Renewable Energy, Smart Grid, Hybrid Electric Vehicle and Applications of Soft Computing Techniques in Power Systems.
Dr Vikas Maheshwari passed B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow, U.P., India in the year 2006. He received the M.Tech. degree in Microelectronics and VLSI from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, West- Bengal, India in the year 2010. He received PhD degree in Microelectronics & VLSI from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, West-Bengal, India in the year 2014. Presently, he is attached with Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga-Reddy District, Telangana India., as Assistant Dean R &D and Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has 13 years of teaching experiences in ECE and he was guided 1 PhD and 13 Post-Graduates Projects. He is the member/editorial board member of more than 25 professional societies like ISTE, IACSIT, ICSES, WASET etc. He has also qualified the GATE 2007 and GATE 2010 Examination in ECE. His research interest includes Analog VLSI Design, VLSI interconnect modeling and optimization and Antenna Design & optimization. He has published 9 Indian patents, 1 Australian Patent, 58 International Journals and 52 IEEE International Conference papers, 1 book in the field of Microelectronics and VLSI.
